Pathway Coaching
Pathway Coaching is our mentorship program that focuses on connecting students to their future. It helps students to build confidence, leverage their talents and passions to discover the right pathway for their lives, and create long-term supportive relationships as they transition from high school into their next stage of life, whether that’s finding work, going to college, or starting a business.
City Heights World Cup
Our annual Futsal tournament serves to create community, develop individual and team skills, and empower youth for the future. Since 2016, we have been providing youth and adults with the opportunity to compete in a highly competitive, fun and affordable soccer tournament in the most diverse neighborhood in San Diego. The City Heights World Cup was created by local youth in City Heights and has been supported by community members each year.
Leadership Development
Everyone can be a leader. Our Certified Gallup Strengths coaches work with a diverse client base to help individuals and teams recognize their talents and create positive change in their community. Through our interactive curriculum, team-building activities, individual coaching, and engaging speakers, we help people to recognize their leadership and learn how to impact those around them.
